Oreval Service Terms

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Provider and business use

Peter Harrison, trading as Oreval, provides Oreval. Contact peter@oreval.co.uk for service, billing and cancellation enquiries. Oreval is intended for business use by people authorised to act for their organisation. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The service

Oreval provides public-contract revenue intelligence for cleaning businesses: company-specific Revenue Maps, fit scores, warnings and, for subscribers, a monitored Revenue Pipeline with source-backed opportunity and account-timing updates. Coverage depends on the sources available and the evidence we can verify; it is not a promise to identify every procurement.

LIVE means an evidenced current procurement opportunity; EARLY means a planning or pre-tender signal; RENEWAL is derived from published contract-lifecycle evidence. A Radar Window is a preparation estimate, not a promised tender date. DEFEND identifies evidenced existing-account intelligence, not new revenue. Published contract values are not expected revenue or profit, and framework ceilings are not guaranteed work.

Free Revenue Maps

A free Map is evaluation proof, not the complete paid service. It can reveal a limited number of defensible signals and keep additional detail for the paid Pipeline. There may be no suitable signal at a particular time. We will not treat unsupported or weak records as proven hidden value merely to encourage payment. No purchase is made by viewing a Map or registering interest.

Subscriptions and price

A paid subscription is created only when you deliberately complete the available hosted checkout and payment/subscription activation is confirmed. The checkout identifies the service, total amount payable and billing interval before you commit. We do not collect raw card details.

The founding offer, where available, is £149 per month for the first 25 customers, with that monthly rate fixed for the first 12 months of a continuously maintained subscription. This is a price guarantee, not a 12-month minimum commitment. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Applicable tax treatment and the total charge must be clear at checkout; these terms do not assert that Oreval is VAT-registered or add an undisclosed charge.

When the site says paid monitoring is not open for purchase, registering interest does not create a subscription, payment obligation or guaranteed start date. A free Map does not provide paid access. Paid access requires an active or trialling subscription.

Cancellation, access and billing problems

You can cancel renewal through the billing controls in your paid account, or contact peter@oreval.co.uk for help. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues while the subscription remains active. Cancellation of renewal does not by itself request a refund for time already paid.

For an incorrect charge, service problem or refund request, contact us with enough information to identify the subscription, without sending card details. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law or expressly agreed with you. Nothing here excludes a statutory refund or other non-excludable remedy. Failed, inactive or expired subscriptions do not retain paid access.

Evidence and your responsibilities

Oreval is decision support, not legal advice, professional bid advice or a guarantee of winning work. Before acting, check the authoritative source, current tender documents, eligibility, deadlines, contract values and capacity requirements. Public records may contain mistakes, be incomplete or be updated after collection. Unknown TUPE, pension, geography or other mandatory requirements are not proof of eligibility.

You remain responsible for your commercial decisions, customer contact, factual claims and submissions. Oreval does not submit bids, enter procurement commitments or contact buyers on your behalf merely because you view or subscribe to the service.

Monitoring and availability

Monitoring checks supported sources on scheduled cycles and highlights defensible changes. It is not an uninterrupted real-time feed. There may be quiet periods with no material changes, or delays caused by a source, hosting or email provider. We do not promise a minimum number of new opportunities or changes each week. Material errors and service problems can be reported to our contact address.

Permitted use and security

You may use Oreval reports and intelligence for your organisation's internal business development and account management. Public-source material retains its original ownership and licence terms. Do not resell the service, bulk redistribute private paid reports, bypass access controls, interfere with systems or use the service unlawfully. Keep private pipeline credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident or non-payment. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Restriction does not remove your rights to challenge an incorrect charge or receive a remedy required by law.

Responsibility and liability

We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service. Procurement outcomes and third-party source decisions are outside our control, and no fit score or pipeline total is a promise of earnings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your responsibility to check sources does not excuse a failure by us to meet obligations that lawfully apply to the service.

Privacy, updates and disputes

Our Privacy Notice explains personal-data use and contact rights. Material subscription or terms changes will be communicated before they take effect where required, without retrospectively removing a promised founding-price period. You can cancel future renewal rather than accept a change to the ongoing service.

Please first contact us to resolve a complaint. These terms and contracts made under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply. You can save or print this page for your records.
