About Oreval & our evidence
Useful intelligence should stand up to checking.
Oreval helps commercial cleaning contractors research public-sector accounts and keep relevant buying signals in view. It is decision support—not a guarantee of a tender, eligibility or a win.
Who is behind Oreval?
Peter Harrison operates Oreval as an individual trading under the Oreval brand during this validation stage. Oreval is not being represented as a limited company.
Free Revenue Maps are available now. £149/month paid monitoring is not open for purchase yet.
The public service-contact and legal publication details are being completed before paid launch. The current Map form does not ask for an email address. This page explains the product; it is not a substitute for a Privacy Notice or service terms.
Public sources, not exclusive access
Oreval works with official procurement notices and awards from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, alongside public company evidence. You can inspect those sources yourself without buying Oreval.
The paid value is company-specific matching, account timing and continuing monitoring—not charging you for the right to see a public notice.
Published fact versus planning estimate
LIVE means an open tender signal; EARLY is published planning or engagement evidence; RENEWAL uses existing-contract lifecycle evidence to identify an account-planning window. A renewal window is not a confirmed re-tender date.
Extensions may move the timetable. Published contract value is not your expected revenue or profit. Framework ceilings and evidenced existing accounts are not counted as net-new pipeline.
Fit is explained, not guaranteed
Geography, commercial size, service capability and buyer requirements inform the matching. A postcode is a starting point, not proof of your full operating territory. A fit score is not a percentage chance of winning.
Unresolved mandatory TUPE or LGPS capability stays unresolved. WATCH means investigate the gaps before committing bid time; it does not mean qualified. You remain responsible for checking the source and deciding whether to bid.
Inspect the evidence before you give us your attention.
A worked example shows the published account, what we derive from it and what we still cannot know about a contractor.
